Log in to the Ayla Customer Dashboard

Use this dialog box to log in to the Ayla Customer Dashboard, as follows:

  1. Enter your email and password credentials in the Log In dialog box. This is the email and password you specified when signing up for an Ayla Developer Account.
  1. Click LOG IN to open the Ayla Customer Dashboard; unless, you are an OEM user with Multi-Factor Authentication configured, then proceed to step 3.

NOTE

After five (5) consecutive failed log-in attempts, the user account is locked on the system for thirty (30) minutes. After 30 minutes, the user account is unlocked and the user can make subsequent attempts (up to 5) and the process is repeated.

Any attempts (login or password reset) are blocked during the 30-minute period. (This 30-minute time period is not extended, regardless of any attempts during the lockout period.)

  1. If you are an OEM user with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) configured, retrieve the verification code sent via an email or SMS message (depending on your MFA setting). You should receive this code when attempting to log in. Following is an example of the email:

Each time you are prompted to enter a code, you will receive a new verification code via email or SMSShort Message Service message. There is a TTLTime to Live setting in the MFA configuration, which specifies the time interval that should elapse before you must enter a new verification code to log in.

  1. Enter the code in the dialog box that appears, as shown below:

  1. Click the LOG IN button.
